Kat and Johnny and their pups, The Canine Explorers, made the outdoor lifestyle their full time jobs. Based out of Newport Beach, California, Kat and Johnny take their dogs and their doggy friends out on hiking and camping adventures. On the side, Kat owns a dehydrated treat company, while Johnny works as a biotechnology researcher on the weekdays. On the weekends, they like to overland, driving through mild to moderate trails and finding remote places to set up camp. Occasionally they will go on community trail runs and pack hikes to meet new people and their dogs.
Comfort doesn’t always come to mind when you think of camping. With GCI we don’t have to think twice. Their gear such as chairs and tables are compact and comfortable and always make camp more enjoyable.
