Shipping & Returns


Your order is as important to us as it is to you, which is why we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. GCI Outdoor offers free UPS Ground shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and are charged a rate of $50 per item.


We currently only offer UPS Ground shipping, however, you can reach out to info@gcioutdoor for a quote for expedited shipping. After an order is processed, most will ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

Orders shipping to a military base in the United States will be shipped via USPS.


GCI and UPS will not be processing, shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2020. Important: There are several days that the GCI office will be closed, but UPS will be open. They are noted below. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST on a normal business day will not be processed until the next business day that our office is open.

Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please reach out to with your order number.


No products are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

We want all of our customers to love their GCI product as much as we do! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. Products purchased from an authorized dealer (i.e. Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports + Outdoors, etc.), must be returned to the dealer it was purchased from.


If you would like to return your new, unused product, please reach out to customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). They can be reached by email,, or by phone, 860-345-9595.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we would refund the original amount. A refund would be returned to the original form of payment and will appear on your card in 3-5 business days.

For exchanges, please return your product for a full refund and place another order for the correct product.
