- Have you reached out to the retailer where you purchased the product from (if it wasn’t directly from our website)? If you have not, please do so. If they are unable to assist you, continue with your warranty claim.
- You MUST still have the product in your possession. DO NOT throw product away until instructed to do so.
- Claims for multiple items should include information and photos of all products the claim is being submitted for.
